Government voucher for business: everything you need to know
To foster the digital transformation of Italian businesses, the Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) has allocated financial resources that businesses will be able to benefit from, against the subscription to a connectivity service at least 30Mbit / s. The internet bonus, officially known as a connectivity voucher, is a bonus applied directly to the invoice and outside the VAT range. Voucher Plan: what is it?
As we have just mentioned, this is a bonus from the Ministry of Economic Development which aims to encourage the digital transformation of businesses.
The Voucher plan will be applied to TIM offers as follows:
- ā¬ 300 paid for the subscription of offers that guarantee the transition to connectivity with a maximum download speed of less than 300 Mega;
- ā¬ 500 disbursed for the subscription of offers that guarantee the transition to connectivity with a maximum download speed of between 300 Mbit / s ā¤ V ā¤ 1 Gbit / s and a Minimum Guaranteed of at least 30 Mbit / s;
- ā¬ 2,000 paid for the signing of a contract that guarantees the transition to a connectivity higher than 1Gbit / s and a Minimum Guaranteed Bandwidth of at least 100 Mbit / s;
- Up to ā¬ 500 paid in addition to the contribution for connectivity and in the event of subscription to fiber offers which involve the construction of excavations with binding costs incurred by the beneficiaries.
How to obtain a Government Voucher for businesses
The Infratel company, which will be responsible for the disbursement of bonuses, has prepared an operational plan containing the details of the intervention and the criteria for accessing the voucher.
If your company meets the requirements, just sign the "Application for admission to the contribution." Attention, however, each company can request only one Voucher.
How to fill in the application to request the Government Voucher
When completing the application, the main information to be entered is :
- The registration code in the Business Register;
- The ATECO code;
- -mail address Certified e
- Photocopy of the tax code and identity document of the legal representative / owner of the beneficiary company;
- The service level of the contract currently active at the office on which the voucher is requested (only in the case of a pre-existing contract).
Who can request the Government Voucher for companies
The Vouchers are reserved for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and, as already mentioned, one can be requested for each office and for the best speed available in that area.
Specifically, companies wishing to benefit from the bonus must have the following characteristics:
- They must be registered in the Business Register;
- They must have less than 250 employees;
- They must have a turnover of up to 50 million euros / year.
If your company meets the requirements, you must know that to benefit from the vouchers it is essential that an increase in connection speed is made compared to the initial one.
In the event that, at the company headquarters, there is more than one connectivity option with speeds up to 1 Gbit / s, the voucher can only be issued for the signing of a contract relating to the best performing offer in terms of connection speed available at the specific house address.
