Bank Transfer
Goods must be paid for by bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing with ViMatel TLC S.p.a.
Payment by bank transfer must be completed within three working days of the order being accepted. The product will be reserved until proof of payment is received. After this period, if payment has not been made, the order will be automatically cancelled. Shipping will only take place once the payment has actually been credited to the VITOLO TLC S.p.A. bank account. The payment reference must include the order identifier (shown in the order confirmation email or in your account area).

PayPal/Credit Card
Credit card payments are processed through PayPal, which ensures maximum transaction security. Once the order is placed, the user will be redirected to the PayPal page to complete payment, either via a PayPal account or by credit card. If the order is cancelled before processing, the amount will be refunded immediately.
VITOLO TLC S.p.A. may request further information to verify ownership of the credit card. Card details are never accessible to VITOLO TLC S.p.A., as they are managed directly by the secure payment system.

Klarna
With Klarna, you can split your order payment into 3 interest-free monthly instalments. Once the order is complete, the customer will be redirected to the Klarna website, where they can choose to pay in instalments. The first payment will be charged immediately, while subsequent instalments will be scheduled over the following months. There are no additional costs if the agreed payment plan is followed. Scalapay
Scalapay allows you to pay in 3 interest-free instalments. Once the order is complete, by selecting Scalapay as the payment method, the customer will be guided through the instalment payment process. The first payment will be taken immediately, while the following two instalments will be charged monthly. Again, there are no additional costs if the payment plan is followed. Transaction Security
All payments made on our website are protected by advanced encryption systems (SSL) to ensure that your personal and financial data is always kept safe. In addition, our e-commerce platform complies with PCI-DSS standards for the handling of credit card data.
Invoicing
For every purchase made on our website, a standard purchase document (receipt) will be issued and sent to the email address provided when placing the order.
Should you need to receive an invoice made out to a company, please send a request to info@vitolotlc.it providing all the necessary tax details (Business Name, VAT Number, Unique Code/PEC) at the same time as placing the order.
Please note: for tax reasons, it will not be possible to issue an invoice if the request is received after the order has been shipped or after the standard purchase document has been issued.
