Orders are processed within 2 working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. If items are no longer available, you will be notified promptly.
Home Delivery
Goods are handed over to the courier once payment has been received; estimated delivery time is 3 working days. Vitolo Tlc S.p.a. is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier.
Shipping costs will be automatically added to the order total at checkout. Each shipment is also covered by insurance, to protect the goods against any damage or loss during transport. The various cost items will be clearly shown before the order is confirmed, ensuring transparency and security.
Delivery will take place during working hours at the address provided. We strongly recommend checking that the number of parcels delivered matches what is shown on the transport document, and that the packaging, including the seals, is intact, with no signs of damage, moisture or tampering.
If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice. Free redelivery can be requested within 3 days. If the goods are not collected on the second attempt, they will be held at the courier's warehouse for a further 3 days.
In-store Collection
Alternatively, goods can be collected directly from the Vitolo Tlc S.p.a. warehouse at no shipping cost. Collection must take place within 10 days of the order being fulfilled, after which the order will be cancelled.
The collection point is located at: Via Cupa Del Feudo, 39 - (84010) Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino (SA); with the following opening hours:
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 13:00 and 14:30 - 18:00
