We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return a product, please read our return and refund policy carefully, drawn up in accordance with current consumer protection regulations.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 working days of the date the product is received, without having to give any reason and without any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send written notice by email. The notice must state your intention to withdraw from the contract and the order details (order number, date of purchase).
Return Conditions
The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging and complete with all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessories). Returns of products that are damaged or used in a manner inconsistent with their nature will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed. Detailed return instructions will be provided when the request is made through the "My Orders" section.
Refund Times
After receiving and checking the integrity of the returned product, we will refund the full amount paid within a maximum of 5 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Please note that, under article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for certain goods. In particular, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Products made to measure or clearly personalized (for example, phones with personalized engravings).
- Sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygiene reasons or related to health protection, and that have been opened after delivery (for example, in-ear headphones or other similar sealed accessories).
- Software, applications or digital content supplied in physical form (for example, memory cards or USB devices containing pre-installed software), if the seal has been broken.
How to Return a Product
To request a return, please send an email to ecommerce@vimatel.it or contact our customer service on +39 081 320 4710, stating the order number and the reason for the return request.
Once the request has been received and approved, you will be given all the instructions needed to return the product.
Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer. Any refund will be issued net of shipping costs.
You can check the status of your returns at any time in the "My Returns" section of your account area.
Legal Warranty of Conformity
In addition to the right of withdrawal, products purchased on our website are covered by the Legal Warranty of Conformity, as provided for in articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code. In the event of defects of conformity, the consumer is entitled to repair or replacement of the product, at no additional cost, within a reasonable time.
Changes to the Return Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this return policy at any time, in compliance with current regulations. Any changes will be promptly communicated on our website.
