PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

In compliance with personal data protection regulations, TIM informs you that the personal data you provide (personal and/or contact details) on the form on this site will be processed, in addition to by TIM, by Vitolo tlc s.p.a. (TIM's commercial partner, appointed by TIM as Data Processor), in order to follow up on your request for a phone contact to provide you with information and/or to offer you deals relating to TIM products and/or services, as well as for related activities. The legal basis for the processing is the consent to phone contact that you expressly provided by filling in this online form and subsequently submitting your data. In addition, your data may be processed to comply with obligations set out by laws, regulations or EU legislation, as well as by directions from the relevant Authorities.

The data provided will be used to make a useful contact (i.e. one that allows our operators to give you the information requested) within seven days of your request; subsequently, the data will be retained, ensuring its security and confidentiality, for twelve months from the date the online form is filled in, in order to manage any complaints/reports and for internal control purposes.
